Katherine Rivera has been with St. Stephen Academy on 2014. Since 2015, Katherine Rivera has led the summer and winter camps for both our local and international programs. She works closely with our international teachers and staff, counselors, schools and organizations, and serves as a liaison for international students, parents, and their host families.

ANTHONY L. DOCKERY
Pastor | Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Anthony Dockery became the Youth Minister and Administrator of St. Stephen Academy in 1999 and the Senior Pastor on January 1, 2008.
Dr. Anthony Dockery received a Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from the University of La Verne; and an Associates of Science Degree in Aircraft Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
In addition, Dr. Anthony Dockery is a retired officer and pilot of the United States Air Force and the California Air National Guard. As an officer, he served as a pilot of a KC-135R Stratotanker, an aerial refueling aircraft, which provides support to our military and allied nation aircrafts.
Anthony is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International; a Certified Principal Designated School Official for the Student Exchange Visitor Program; and serves in a broad range of external boards: Board of Trustees at California Baptist University; Serenity Infant Care Homes, and Member of Strategic Planning and Marketing Committee of Citrus Valley Health Partners.

PAMELA M. GOYTIA
Executive Director
Pamela Goytia joined St. Stephen Academy on December 1, 2010. Programs under Pamela’s administration include the following: Elementary School and Summer Camps K-8, Preschool, and the Before/After School Program.
With 19 years of experience in the field of education in the capacity of Teacher, Director, and Education Specialist for San Bernardino County, Pamela has successfully developed and managed educational programs including international programs, elementary through high school.
Pamela Goytia received a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from California Baptist University; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from Hope International University; and an Associate in Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Rio Hondo College.
Pamela is a Certified Principal Designated School Official for the Student Exchange Visitor Program; a member of the American Society for Public Administration; and the Association of Christian Schools International.
